Corporate catering drop off - FAQ

Here are a few things you might like to know about Paella amor's corporate office catering package.  If you have any questions that are not covered here, please send us a quick email info@paellaamor.com.au

 

How does it work?

If you have 25 guests or under and you are looking for a cost effective delicious way to feed your colleagues, simply place an order using our online booking form. Let us know the date, time, address and type of paella you like and we will send through a confirmation email along with payment details.  Once we have received payment we will deliver to your office on the designated date and time. Our paella will be hot and ready for you to serve to your colleagues.

We provide all biodegradable bowls, wooden forks and napkins.

All you need to do is enjoy and then return the empty pan back to our kitchen in Artarmon within 24 hours.

What if I cannot return the pan?

No problems! We can pick up the pan from your office. The cost for this is $50.00 + GST. Please let us know when booking if you would like us to pick up the pan once you are done.

Do you deliver to my area?

At this stage we deliver to the following suburbs.

Sydney CBD, North Sydney, Artarmon, Crows Nest, St Leonards, Mosman, Neutral Bay, Cremorne, Collaroy, Forestville, Frenchs Forest, Manly, Brookvale, Curl Curl, Willoughby, Northbridge, Kirribilli, Milsons Point, Naremburn, Barangaroo

 

You don’t deliver to my area yet, but I really want drop off paella for my office, what can I do?

Please email our team. If it is just outside our radius and you are nice we may be able to help you out. 

 

I want paella on a weekend?

This deal is only available Monday to Friday for corporate clients only.

We do offer general catering for private functions and larger numbers.  Please email our team info@paellaamor.com.au to receive our information pack with our event details and pricing.

 

When do I need to order by?

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice.

What if I want to book in advance?

No problems at all.  You are required to put your date and timing into our online booking system so once we receive payment, everything is locked in ready to go.

 

When will my paella be delivered?

One of our friendly team will deliver the paella to your office at your requested time.  Our delivery times are between 11.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

I have placed my order, now what?

Once you have submitted your request for our drop off catering we will send you an email with all your order details and an invoice. If all the details are correct, all you need to do is pay the invoice and send us the remittance. Once we receive your remittance advice, we will then send you a confirmation email. â€‹

What if I like the pan so much I keep it?

Unfortunately, we will have to charge you.

What if I take longer than 24 hours to return the pan?

Our pans love to be with their friends in our kitchen and you are stopping other people from getting their delicious paella! This is not cool. Our day rate to keep the pan longer than 24 hours is $25.00 + GST per day.
