The week in review:
Paella amor had a busy weekend last week. With five jobs running across different parts of Sydney, our team had a fantastic time cooking paella for all types of events across Sydney.
Paella Amor in Narrabeen:
We were delighted to receive great feedback from a 21st we catered in Narrabeen on Saturday night. The guests enjoyed a chicken and chorizo paella – cooked by our chef Mark and served by our waiter Emerson. Great feedback below!

21st birthdays are a perfect opportunity to enjoy some paella. Paella is cooked fresh on site and is a great dish to fill stomachs when drinking sangria. All of our paellas are gluten, dairy, nut and egg free and our vegetarian paella is also vegan. We have something to feed everyone!

Paella amor in Gordon:
Across the Roseville Bridge was another 21st birthday party last weekend in Gordon. There was definitely something for everyone here with a 1.15 m mixed paella being cooked, as well as individual vegetarian servings, ensuring that no one would miss out on the paella goodness.
Our Director Tim was the Chef, with Nina as wait staff. Unlike many other companies, our Directors like to be on site delivering the best service directly to you! We received excellent feedback below.
“Yes, it was a fantastic night and everyone loved the paella! Nina did a great job of making sure everyone got some and Tim even helped my mum in the kitchen with making the starters which she really appreciated! They were also very speedy with packing up at the end and everything was left clean.”

Paella amor is able to provide delicious tasting paella, with options to cover everyone’s favorites! Last weekend we were fortunate enough to cater for a joint 50th birthday party in Mona Vale, where our clients selected 2 paellas, one to please the chicken and chorizo fans, and one to please the seafood lovers. If you’re someone that likes it all, why not try our mixed paella that combines seafood and meat paellas. This is not a traditional paella but it sure is delicious. We also offer individual servings of vegetarian paella for up to 5 people.

Paella Amor – Cronulla:
Just agreed to tie the knot? Why not celebrate with some delicious paella and some of your closest friends?
Again, last weekend Paella amor was delighted to cater for a recently engaged couple based in Cronulla. What’s a better way to say I love you than sharing some paella, right? Dave and Shane attended this event and received fantastic feedback.
“We had a fantastic time on Saturday night and wanted to pass on some positive feedback. Our guests loved the food, we had a lot of people comment on it throughout the night so we were very happy; it's a credit to your business and the chef, Dave. We've been enjoying the leftovers for the past couple of days too!
We also had a LOT of positive feedback on Shane's service. He was extremely helpful and attentive, helping to serve drinks and clean up some broken glasses - really going over and above so we were very impressed with him too. Quite a few guests asked for business cards for catering at future events which is probably the best indication of all!”

Paella amor – Rock N Roll – 40th Birthday:
Paella amor was thrilled to have catered for a 40th birthday party over the weekend based in South Curl Curl. This was a fantastic event and we had so much fun watching guests get involved in the Rock N Roll theme!
We love coming back to the Northern Beaches to help families and friends celebrate birthdays with paella! Despite being based on the North Shore now in Artamon, our kitchen was previously in Balgowlah and we love coming back to where we started from.
