Paella amor offers a range of paella catering, paella parties, mobile paella, tapas and beverage catering in Sydney. One of our most popular areas where we cater is on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. These areas include Manly, Balgowlah, Narrabeen, Warriewood, Newport and even as far as Palm Beach.
We offer a range of different options for all the suburbs on the Northern beaches. Whether it is a relaxed family get together or a 21st to remember and everything in between, we have something to offer.
We offer our paella per pan meaning that you order the certain sized pan which corresponds to the number of people who are coming to your paella party. This ensures that our recipe is accurate and we are not adding or subtracting ingredients to suit the exact number of people. You are better off catering for 25 people using our 70cm pan rather than 23 people that you may be expecting. This allows for unexpected drop ins and also means that you will have a more flavoursome paella as our recipe and quantities are suited for our 70cm pan. This recipe is tried and tested over 4 years of paella catering at many events in Sydney and especially on the Northern Beaches.
We have recently moved kitchens to a new facility in Artarmon on Sydney’s Lower North Shore. This space is much larger and better equipped to handle our paella catering and allows us to expand to new areas. We are also able to still provide our paella catering all over Sydney including the Northern Beaches, after being based in a commercial kitchen on Sydney’s Northern Beaches for almost 2 years.
This new facility also houses our office and bookings department which looks after the booking process. We aim to make this whole process as easy and straightforward as possible. We will then respond to you and send through our information pack which contains full details on what we can do for your event, our paella price, inclusions and availability for your requested date. We are able to take up to 10 events per day, but; we are filling up fast with catering orders for corporate Christmas parties, paella parties, birthdays, celebrations and even weddings so please get in quick to ensure you don’t miss out.
