60TH BIRTHDAY PAELLA PARTY - ELANORA HEIGHTS
We recently catered a 60th birthday party at Elanora Heights on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
Our staff arrived 5.30pm to start setting up prior to the guest arrival. Depending on your event, we generally try and arrive onsite prior to your guest arrival so we can have our equipment set up and not carrying it through your guests. This also allows us to get set up, test all our equipment and ensure we are ready to cook on time.
Guests started arriving from 7.00pm and were treated to our grazing table. Our grazing table included grilled, marinated vegetables, freshly baked crusty bread, sliced salami, Jamon, cured meats and olives as well as a selection of local and international cheese, dried fruits, fruit paste and assorted crackers.
Our grazing table is the perfect way to feed your guests but not fill them up so much that they don’t eat their paella.
Once guests had settled in our wait staff roamed the room with our tapas. The tapas selection we offered were the following.
Caramelised fig, ricotta, reduced balsamic, buttered crouton Slow cooked pork belly, stewed cinnamon apples, crackling Chicken and chorizo mini gourmet pies, tomato chutney
At 8.00pm our paella was ready for service. We provide a 90cm chicken and chorizo paella which serves up to 50 guests + 55cm vegetarian paella which served up to 12 guests.
Once all guests had had enough paella and were full, our team started to pack down our equipment and grazing station. We take all our rubbish with us when we leave so there is nothing left for you to do but enjoy your party.
