Another event held last Friday was at St Luke’s Grammar School for the teachers end of term drinks. There were 70 teachers in attendance at this event and we cooked a chicken and chorizo paella. We also cooked 5 servings of vegetarian paella for any dietary requirements. It’s extremely easy to cater for dietary requirements with paella catering as our paellas are not only perfect for gluten free catering, but dairy free, egg free, nut free and our vegetarian paella is also vegan as it contains no animal products.
We set up our paella station right out the front of the staff room where the teachers could see us cooking. Paella is a visual dish cooked in our massive paella pans which we have imported from Spain. The cooking process is very theatrical and the paella is created in front of your guest’s eyes with quality ingredients. The cooking process also produces fantastic aromas which works well in getting your guests excited for the paella. This certainly worked well at Dee Why with some of the students coming past to have a chat to us whilst we were cooking.
All the feedback which we received was extremely positive with the event coming in under budget and exceeding expectations. This is what paella catering on the Northern Beaches is all about; easy, affordable, quality catering and exceptional service. As always, once we had finished serving we removed all our rubbish and packed up like we were never even there. We love catering on the Northern Beaches of Sydney as it is where we started Paella amor and where one of our Directors grew up.
