Paella parties are back. Paella amor is ready! In fact, we have been planning our return for a while. We miss seeing everyone and bringing our mobile paella catering into their homes! But don’t worry. We have fired up the stoves and started preparing for a return to smaller, intimate home event catering in Sydney. This home catering is a fantastic way to share a gathering with family and friends and with up to 20 visitors allowed. These smaller home gatherings have always been quite popular as you are able to have quality conversation and is affordable for the host.
We have recently completed our safety plan and have attained the NSW government Covid Safe business certification. We are also a Gold Licence Sydney Catering company which specialises in paella catering. Our Covid safe plan outlines what measures we are taking to ensure our employee and guest safety including new layouts of our paella set up, hand sanitising and preparation of ingredients. These measures are all designed to protect both our staff and our clients on events.
We love to cater for smaller, intimate events. We are actually one of the only paella catering companies in Sydney which has such a low minimum number. Our smaller events generally only include a chef, but we are more than happy to provide a waitstaff for your event at an additional charge.
Our home catering events still take advantage of our full range of menu items, quality ingredients and attention to detail. Did you know that we will even take our rubbish with us when we leave your house? This leaves your bins free for party rubbish and not full with paella bowls.
