Paella amor is a self-sufficient Sydney catering company. Paella is the perfect way to feed any number of guests at a cost effect price. Paella caters for all dietary requirements, so if you have vegetarians, gluten free or dairy free guests we have you covered.
What can you expect from us at your event.
Our team will arrive approximately 1 hour prior to your guest’s arrival.
We provide all equipment required on the day. The only thing we require from you is 2m x 2m of flat ground and access to a power point for our light (if your event is being held in the evening)
Our chef and wait staff will set up our station and get ready for the service aspect of your event.
It takes between 1 hour and 1.5 hours to cook paella, depending on the pan size and type of paella selected. Your guests are more than welcome to come up to our pan, chat with our friendly staff, learn the tips and tricks to cooking a paella at home, have photos with our impressive paella as it cooks.
We also offer a range of tapas and salads to have with the paella. Remember we come from a catering background and have been running Paella amor for over 6 years. There is rarely anything we cannot create or imagine for an event.
Once your paella is ready to be served our experienced wait staff will take the paella around to all your guests, offer seconds and collect all rubbish. We remove all the rubbish which we bring to the event meaning no clean up for you. It’s easy and affordable catering in Sydney.
HOW TO BOOK:
To lock in the date for your event, send through a quick enquiry form and provide us with the date of your event, guests numbers, timing and location. Our staff will send through an email confirming your availability and recommend the pan combination we would recommend for your guest numbers. We will also include the price and inclusions in our package.
If you are happy to proceed with our recommendations we just require a small deposit payment of $110.00 to lock in your date. We will then be in touch as we get closer to your event to finalise your menus, numbers and timing and then we are good to go!
